With in studio & virtual classes, practical techniques, and supportive resources, we help you move consciously & confidently, building strength, mobility, and resilience as your body evolves ~ equipping you to run the race set before you.

Cultivate presence in everyday life. Through meet ups, workshops, and simple practices, we help you reduce stress, create clarity, and build lifestyle habits that support balance and overall well-being ~ encouraging a deeper connection with God's peace that surpasses all understanding.

Live Unprocessed is more than a studio ~ it's a community of encouragement, wellness, and intentional living, shaped by faith, where you can grow stronger, healthier, and more fully alive every day.

Statement of Faith

My faith, as a Christian, shapes how I care for myself and others. Everyone is welcome here. We do not presume that you’re a Christian, but my hope is that myself and those representing Live Unprocessed treat you with grace, reflecting the fruit of the spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control) and welcoming you in the same manner that by the grace of God, we are saved through faith.

Here, we focus on nourishing your body, moving with purpose, and creating habits that support balance, energy, and vitality, while faith is lived boldly through example, not pushed on anyone.

The values of Live Unprocessed honor God by sharing our gifts & knowledge of wellness, to serve & support you in living well through food, movement, and mindfulness, all while knowing He is the foundation, the healer, and the provider

Nurturing lifelong wellness is both a gift and an opportunity to give Him thanks for His creation and the life He breathed into each of us. And I believe He landed me here to share wellness with you through my passion, gratitude, encouragement, and the wisdom He’s granted me through my own experiences in each season of life.
