Each morning, for 21 days, you will receive an inspirational email with a short reminder of your 3 goals for the day. Each day, at your convenience, you will log in to your personal program page to:
- Select a nutrient dense ingredient to inspire one intentional meal
(recipe inspiration + video tips included) - Participate in a 10 minute movement practice
(new practice uploaded daily; replay as desired. Strength, mobility, muscle activation, self-myofascial release, & yoga-inspired stretching included) - Practice daily mindfulness + holistic wellness practices that will move you forward & motivate you to reset your vibe.
In addition to the program, you'll receive access to an interactive community through a private app for the first 30 days of the program.
This community can discuss the reset, as well as relevant food, movement, & mindfulness topics that support you in up-leveling your holistic lifestyle.
Shannon will offer live Q & A sessions through the app, as well as challenges to help you integrate.
Once completing the program, you will have created a daily habit of reflecting, reconnecting, and revitalizing, in order to feel nourished, grounded, present, authentic, and ready to show up for you, fully inspired to live well.
This virtual program gives you the freedom to choose when, where, and how you practice each day, while offering the accountability, guidance, and support of a community.
