Curious about starting a yoga-based movement practice but not sure how to get started? 

Have you been attending classes but feel like you're really not sure if you're "doing it right"?

Interested in developing a better understanding of the postures, breathing, or using props? 

 

Join Brittany Gundrum for this 4 week series diving into the basics of yoga asana (movement).

Week 1 will break down the basics ~ common sequences (sun salutations), why breath in important & how to connect, and what exactly the props are used for.

Each week will build and dive into the postures you encounter in nearly every class, as well as how to find your alignment regardless of your level of flexibility.

 

This is best experienced as a full series, however, you may drop into individual classes if you're not able to make all the dates.  Each class will be independent.

  

 
***Yoga Mats & Blankets will be provided. You may bring your own for your own comfort. ***

About Brittany:

Brittany completed yoga teacher training in 2023 and started teaching shortly after. Her training was Hatha based. Additionally she has experience teaching slow flow, restorative, and vinyasa.

Forever a student, she has continued her education by attending workshops, taking online courses, and receiving mentoring from teachers within the Live Unprocessed Community. Her enthusiasm to learn continues to enhance her ability to connect with you as a student & teacher.

After experiencing anxiety in her early 20’s, Brittany turned to yoga. Yoga helped her find peace and it’s been a staple in her life from that moment on.

Over the years, she's learned that yoga is healing. Since becoming a teacher, her goal has been to help people find their inner peace by connecting to their bodies, breath, and finding moments of stillness in their busy days. It’s important to her to create a safe and inviting space for all students, offering support and encouragement.
