Rainbow Therapy for Kids Ages 3-6
This series is for preschoolers and is a set of four one-hour classes created to help little ones identify and manage their emotions. It is based on the seven chakras, the main energy centers of the body, and taught in a modified way for young ones.
Each class will focus on a color paired with an emotion and utilize story time, exercise (embodied movement), sound, pictures to color at home, and a crystal for each chakra to take home.
Rainbow Therapy for Kids is a class designed to teach preschoolers to deal with their emotions through chakra basics.
This series will be led by Mary Breuer from The Remedy House.

- Cost includes coloring pictures and crystals to take home.

Meet Mary:
Mary Breuer is one of the lead Reiki Masters at The Remedy House. Before her pursuits in natural health she was a Preschool teacher and is eager to bring the two worlds together with this class.
Rainbow Therapy is a signature class at The Remedy House that Mary has developed and taught at The Remedy House for adults. We are excited to see this translated for child development!
